We’ve partnered with our friends at The Business Factory to offer an afternoon workshop designed to allay your fears about AI and give you the confidence to use this powerful tool.

Our three hour session is packed with practical tips and advice from two Experts who are passionate about using AI in business. There’ll be time for questions plus chats over a cuppa or two!

Keeping It Reel workshop is aimed at established businesses and start-ups based in North Tyneside, Newcastle and Northumberland.

Yulia Dzenkovska: AI and Customer Experience Management Expert

Dr Yulia Dzenkovska is a marketing expert with over a decade of experience in the industry and a PhD on customer experience quality. Yulia has worked with a variety of businesses to help them improve their adoption of AI technology, as well as marketing and customer experience management strategy. Her combined knowledge of AI and customer experience strategies helps enhance operations and boost customer satisfaction.

Tim Goodill: Videographer and Media Consultant

Tim Goodill began his career in television, where he developed a strong foundation in directing, editing, and visual storytelling. Drawing on this professional experience, he established Cassini Films an award-winning video production company based in the North East. Today, he works with a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses, local authorities, and community organisations, creating everything from promotional films and product explainers to staff training videos and social media content.

This event is open for all North of Tyne based businesses including pre starts, start-ups, freelancers, established businesses and sole traders.
