Background
Established in August 2022, Service Design North Ltd is on a mission to empower organisations in the North East of England to create and manage customer experiences that make a meaningful and positive impact on people’s lives. They do this through workshop delivery and 1:1 consultancy with pre-startups, startups and established organisations.

Dr Yulia Dzenkovska is a marketing expert with over a decade of experience in the industry. She has completed a PhD on customer experience quality, and is a Lecturer in Marketing at Newcastle University Business School, where she teaches product and service innovation, as well as other marketing and innovation topics. Yulia has worked with a variety of businesses to help them improve their adoption of AI technology, as well as marketing and customer experience management strategy.
