About the Expert
Karen Williamson has nearly 40 years of retail knowledge to share. Having worked in many large high street brands and spent many years working with large scale teams and with customers at the heart of each interaction, Karen progressed to Global Operations for a multibillion high street retailer. After leaving the corporate world, Karen has supported many SMEs and smaller retail businesses to remove the overwhelm and give lots of “little leg ups” in the Northeast. She takes great pride in making a difference across a broad base of subjects in retail.
Karen is a Level 7 qualified coach and mentor and will use these skills to enhance your business knowledge and a member of the Institute of Leadership.
