Background
Karen has nearly 40 years of retail knowledge to share. Having worked in many large high street brands and spent many years working with large scale teams and with customers at the heart of each interaction, Karen progressed to Global Operations for a multibillion high street retailer. After leaving the corporate world, Karen has supported many SMEs and smaller retail businesses to remove the overwhelm and give lots of “little leg up’s” in the Northeast. She takes great pride in making a difference across a broad base of subjects in retail.
Karen has developed many sales strategies and can support you on your journey. Selling your products direct to a customer or selling your products to a wholesaler requires different skills, Karen will support this and mentor your progress.
Karen can very quickly help you to identify the challenges and potential opportunities that will make a difference to your sales and profit. Karen works with you as your critical friend to overcome the barriers to growth and actions that are required.
