Tell us a little bit about your business
I am an HR consultancy business who provides HR support, advice and guidance to predominantly private sector companies across the whole of the North East. The business was officially started in August 2023. This was a start up business, initially providing HR Consultancy services to one company. I purchased the assets of another HR company in September 2024.
What support did you seek to help your business grow and develop?
As a result of the services of Lark (supported via Tracy Clarkson) I have plans to grow the business and take on one further employee as my trading levels are consistent with my projection. Tracy has helped me to forecast my cash flow with precision. I have drafted a business plan and she has helped me formulate a marketing plan for the forthcoming 12 months. The service has allowed me to think differently and to take on some additional “associate” support

Yes. I now have a formulated plan in place. I have grown turnover by £20,000 per annum by extending my services to provide on site training in managing discipline, grievance and capability via formulated strategies. I have also, as a result of my marketing, taken on more clients.
