Our Patent Attorney in Residence is David Corbyn, a senior associate at Bailey Walsh & Co. — based across the North of England, having an office at Newcastle’s Quayside.
David has extensive experience advising people about patent issues. His particular expertise is in identifying potential IP opportunities, advising on the most appropriate IP strategy for a particular organisation and carrying out the stages to secure this IP protection. David has a chemistry background but also has industrial experience in the pharmaceuticals sector and academic experience in particle science and engineering, and advises clients across a range of sectors.
