Lucy runs Orchard Consulting and Development Ltd working with founders and small business owners who feel stretched, stuck, or aware that their business isn’t working as effectively as it could.

She combines practical business insight with expertise in people, behaviour and culture – helping business owners step out of the day-to-day pressure, take a clearer view, and put in place ways of working that allow both them and their business to grow.

A key part of Lucy’s work is growing potential – of the business and the people within it. She has a particular interest in empowering people who don’t always see themselves as the ‘typical’ type of leader – helping them find their voice, step forward and lead others in ways that feel authentic to them and their business.

You can work with Lucy in different ways, from focused sessions to tackle a specific challenge, through to a structured 12-hour Lead & Grow Programme – helping you realise your potential, step into leadership, and build the skills to lead your team effectively.
