As Director of Tees Global Ltd, she works with businesses across the UK to simplify complex customs rules, reduce risk, and support international growth.

Tracey works closely with the Department for Business & Trade, Combined Authorities, Chambers of Commerce, and local authorities, delivering both one-to-one support and specialist training on customs processes, duty savings, and audit readiness.

She is also the founder and editor of Horizon – North East, the region’s only international-trade-focused magazine.
