A former music manager with artists signed to major labels in the UK, Damian went on to carve out a successful career as a business consultant in the creative industries . He co-founded Transmit Start Ups in 2012 and funded 15,000 start-ups with over £178m in lending over next 10 years. With no external investment he grew this into a national multimillion turnover business with a team of 50 staff and 100+ partners. His experience of starting and growing his own company means he is ideally placed to advise other entrepreneurs on the practicalities of running a successful business.

Damian was diagnosed with ADHD at 53 years old and is now supporting others with specialist coaching. As well as lived experience he has the following accreditations: –

  • Award In ADHD Coaching
  • Member of The Association for Coaching
  • NCFE Level 2 in Autism Awareness
  •  NCFE Level 2 Counselling Skills
