- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (both headleases and underleases), from high street units to multi-let industrial estates. This includes assignments and associated documents such as agreements for lease, licences for works, rent deposit deeds, variations, tenancies at will, and related security arrangements.
- Preparing and advising on licences for works, assignments, underlettings, and general occupation.
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of property, including transfers of part involving site-specific rights and reservations.
- Drafting and negotiating overage provisions within transfers and in standalone agreements, along with any associated anti-embarrassment provisions.
