RF3 Design Limited, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, has been able to elevate its business thanks to the support of the Citylife Business Support Grant. Tell us a little bit about your business. When did you start-up, how many people do you employ, what products/services do you provide and who are your typical customers?

RF3 Design Limited provides 3D computer aided design and 3D printing services to individuals and small businesses needing support in developing their own products. The business was founded in 2009 in the East Midlands and was relocated to the North East in 2019. Currently RF3 Design employs 1 person (the founder).

Sam provided coaching to help develop our business plan, accountability for actions and confidence coaching.

Yes I have been delighted with the results, Sam has helped move the business forward by increasing overall revenue. Sam assisted with renegotiating contracts with several existing customers, and has also been providing guidance on attracting new customers via channels such as social media and networking.

Definitely, RF3 Design Limited is now in a much stronger position to move forward thanks to the support from Citylife and Sam.
