Managing Director Ben Cottam, originally contacted the BIPC North East, when the family business was looking to develop a new product.

Listen to Ben’s journey as to how the BIPC team developed a snapshot on what was out there in terms of existing Intellectual Property rights which helped to identify a lapsed patent enabling to support the development of the new product, eliminate customer complaints and help to elevate sales.
