Background
With over 15 years of experience in consulting, coaching and training, including over a decade of practice in efficiency/productivity improvement, change management, behavioural training and people management, Joanna is our Productivity Expert in Residence.
Joanna is a certified Productivity Specialist (APS) with extensive experience mentoring junior and middle-level staff within her roles in both the hospitality and consulting industries.
Joanna has helped clients achieve more than £20m of efficiency improvements in roles such as: regional operations director, senior consultant, executive and senior client trainer, coach and mentor in business consultancies (healthcare) & coach, mentor and trainer in hospitality (restaurants).
Joanna runs a number of international businesses and benefits from multiple streams of income, while also being a mum of twins & helping others set up a multitude of income streams from their business using her experience in business and life.
