Background

Kat uses a variety of innovative, engaging and fun techniques to help businesses and organisations to work constructively with their staff or volunteers to introduce change, generate solutions to problems and to involve them in decision-making.

Described by clients as ‘The Mary Poppins of Change’, Kat helps people who feel stuck in a stalemate on something within their business. They know they want to improve something, but aren’t quite sure what exactly to address, or how best to go about it. Kat helps clients to see alternate options by viewing the situation from different perspectives. This can be done through completely tailored packages, focused on playful activities which provide transformation in specific areas – delivery is through workshops or 1:1s in person or online.

Kat’s approach is a little different, utilising playful activities to support serious aims in change management and process optimisation, with success measurement criteria, using a plethora of playful methods to make the abstract and unattainable become concrete and plannable. One of these methods is Lego® Serious Play®. Other methods include i3 Personality Profiling/Team Dynamix as well as Kat’s own licensed methods, for delivery globally.

Kat draws on her experience in Primary School Teaching, Construction Project Management and NHS Digital Change Management to design and deliver tailored programmes, focused on playful activities which provide transformation in specific areas.
